Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on calls, emails, and chats to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Perform back-office tasks, including data entry, documentation, and coordination with other departments.
- Multichannel Support: Provide top-tier service across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
- Bilingual Proficiency (English/Spanish): Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, is essential as you will be interacting primarily with English-speaking clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
