Requirements:

• +4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Monitoring of CLM or Saa S implementations.
• Experience in customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and retention.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and goals.
• Expertise in fostering long-term, continuous relationships with clients.
• Risk detection and management.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementation in tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Conga, and Docu Sign.
• Gather and document client requirements effectively.
• Understand and analyze customer needs to offer the best possible solutions.
• Track the implementation of solutions and the established KPIs.
• Measure and present progress reports to clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients.
