We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Professional / Virtual Assistant with exceptional written English skills to join our growing team. The Director of Operations will be responsible for the optimization of a residential property management firm. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of growth. The successful candidate will lead a team of remote team members and monitor metrics and KPI’s of the team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
Tasks and responsibilities
- Implementation of Entrepreneurial Operating System- EOS
- Lead and manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing,maintenance, budgeting, and owner and resident relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of property management support staff.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, financial performance, and key performance indicators(KPIs) to identify opportunities for expansion and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with senior management to set ambitious growth targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to think creatively and proactively seek out opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of operational processes and procedures, implementing changes as necessary to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business leadership, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in a variety of software systems to be used to track and analyze performance and profitability.
- Reside in Mexico

- Laptop or desktop computer you’d use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera.
- Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher. Additionally, it should be operating on Windows 10 or higher, or Mac OS 13 or higher.
- You must have an internet connection of at least 20 MB download and 5 MB upload.
- You must have an enabled antivirus on your computer.
- Work remotely from anywhere in Mexico.
