We are currently searching for a standout Admin Assistant ready to excel in an international setting.
WE OFFER
● Proven experience in administrative support, benefits administration,
CRM tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce or Zoho.PM tools like Monday.com, Asana, etc.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Google workspace and other relevant software

We are currently searching for a standout Admin Assistant ready to excel in an international setting.
WE OFFER
- Monthly salary range of $25,000 to $28,000 NET.
- Monthly bonus of 2,000 MXN NET.
- Independant Contractor
- 12 vacation days after the first year.
- Free access to 1DOC3 (Healthcare app).
- US holidays.
- Remote work.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and organizing company records.
- Handle email correspondence and assist in internal communication.
- Conduct price research on products and services, comparing suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain and update price databases for various vendors.
- Accurately enter and update data into company systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and CRM software.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and inconsistencies, providing insights to the operations and procurement teams.
