YOUR TASKS

GENERAL TEXT

• Recruiting process for opening positions in Hellamex site. Posting and interviews
• Involve in offer process, request and review documents for hiring process and set up employee in SAP as onboarding process
• Communicate resignations/terminations internally as appropriate. Prepare documentation and detonate termination process in SAP
• Participate in safety committee meetings
• Ensure that payroll process as deductions, payments and incidents are well
• Be involved in Annual appraisals as personnel evaluations, local bonus, review process with department managers
• Participate in annual benefits review, budget, headcount and planning strategy
• Org. Management and administrative task to keep engage employees

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced level of English
• Communication skills
• Experience in Human Recourses department or process
