Serve as a strategic partner to the processing plant, being responsible for recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, oversee workforce plan and understand operational needs to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and selection for employees and Union workers
- Ensure onboarding process for joiners
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Implement events according to the company program and assists with special projects
- Support workforce planning and identification of talent needs
- Follow up main KPIs such as return, turnover, absenteeism
- Implement and promote organizational development initiatives to improve effectiveness and company culture
- Design and implement initiatives to improve talent retention
What are we looking for?
- 1+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Desirable intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Strong analytical skills
- Studies: Business Administration / Psychology
- Proficient level of MS Office Applications
- Intermediate English: written and speaking
