Job Title: Mailroom Clerk
Work Location: Princeton, NJ 08540
Workdays/hr: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40hrs/week)
COVID-19 vaccination policy: Must be fully vaccinated.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid driving license
  • Office Services/Mailroom/reception/Hospitality experience preferred.
Job Duties:
  • Mailroom tasks, shipping/receiving, processing incoming and outgoing mail according to site specifications.
  • Reception and hospitality tasks: greeting visitors, answering, and forwarding calls, scheduling conference rooms through Outlook.
  • Copy/Print at various sites.
