Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Software & Firmware Quality Assurance Specialist! We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to help ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our software and firmware products. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced Scrum teams on system-level, regression, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Scrum teams to understand product features and requirements, contributing to clear and concise testing objectives.
Assist in designing and implementing system-level tests to verify functionality across various software and firmware components.
Help conduct regression testing to identify any potential issues after changes or updates to software and firmware.
Support performance testing to evaluate system behaviors under various conditions and loads.
Help analyze test results, document bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Learn to maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Participate in Scrum meetings and learn to provide updates on QA progress and challenges.
Gain exposure to the development and implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
Adhere to industry standards and company QA best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong interest in quality assurance, with a willingness to learn about software and firmware testing.
Basic knowledge of system testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies.
Exposure to automated testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
