Key Responsibilities:
Transport Operations:
- Oversee city-wide transport operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the transport team in handling escalations and complex situations.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and tickets.
- Liaise with vendors for vehicle deployment, tracking, and reporting, while conducting monthly performance reviews.
- Prepare transport expense analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Develop monthly transport dashboards and business cases for new initiatives.
- Maintain strong geographical knowledge of Morocco, especially around Rabat.
- Draft and update Statements of Work (SOW) and manage contract renewals.
- Coordinate business continuity planning (BCP) and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Oversee invoicing, vendor payments, and monthly MIS tasks.
- Analyze the impact of fuel price changes and adjust pricing agreements accordingly.
- Facilitate ISO and other audit processes to ensure compliance.
- Manage vendors providing facility-related services to employees and equipment.
- Implement security measures, including visitor management, parking, and access control.
- Ensure GWS processes comply with policies and are audit-ready.
- Report facility updates, such as seating, incidents, and communications, to the central team.
- Plan and execute Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) initiatives with external partners.
- Oversee mobile device management, subscriptions, and office expansions as needed.
- Communicate GWS processes to employees and provide guidance on challenges.

Strong background in transport operations, vendor management, and facility administration.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and drive cost savings.
- Understanding of audit processes, QHSE standards, and business continuity.
- Strong English language skills for communication and coordination.
- Experience in preparing business cases, monitoring service metrics, and drafting contracts.
- Familiarity with local health, safety, and compliance regulations
