- Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email to present our products and services in Dutch. • Clearly and concisely communicate the benefits of our offerings and address customer inquiries in Dutch. • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers. • Schedule appointments for our sales team to further discuss customer needs and finalize sales. • Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system. • Contribute to the achievement of team and company sales targets.
- Experience in outbound customer service or a similar role.
- Fluency in Dutch is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with individuals.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings in Dutch.
