The Role of Gift Shop Agent:
We currently have an opportunity for a Gift Shop Agent to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!

Reporting into the Gift Shop supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Gift Shop while providing a warm greeting to the guest.

Responsibilities will include Maintaining cleanliness of the gift shop.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, complaint resolution and assistance.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors including assisting other staff with set-up and closing of the gift shop. Supporting in ordering and replenishment of stock

Our Ideal Gift Shop Agent candidate will have:
Previous experience within a customer focused role is ideal.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
