We currently have an opportunity for a Gift Shop Agent
The Role of Gift Shop Agent:

• Reporting into the Gift Shop supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Gift Shop while providing a warm greeting to the guest.
• Responsibilities will include Maintaining cleanliness of the gift shop.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, complaint resolution and assistance.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors including assisting other staff with set-up and closing of the gift shop. Supporting in ordering and replenishment of stock

Our Ideal Gift Shop Agent candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a customer focused role is ideal.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
