Your tasks:

• System Implementation and Maintenance: Implementing, configuring, and maintaining IQS software to ensure it meets the organization’s needs.
• User Training and Support: Providing training sessions and support to other users of the IQS software, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
• Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the IQS system, including regular audits and updates.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing quality processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the system.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating and analyzing reports on quality metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Compliance and Audits: Ensuring the organization’s quality processes comply with relevant standards and regulations, and preparing for and assisting with internal and external audits.
• Continuous Improvement: Leading or participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality management practices.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving issues related to the IQS system or quality processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintaining up-to-date documentation related to IQS processes, user guides, and training materials.

• Minimum: Bac+5 (double course, technical supplemented by a specific quality training)
• Knowledge of the concepts, tools and methods of quality management
• Control of guidelines, procedures (internal, external) and client specifications.
• 2 years’ experience in the automotive wiring suitable
• Bilingual: French Advanced level /English professional usage
