As part of our expansion, we have taken on a leading international fintech project and are eagerly seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and contribute to its success.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication with Outsourcing Partners:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and HR outsourcing vendors.
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of services provided by outsourcing partners.
Recruitment Activities:
Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Onboarding for New Employees:
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Collect feedback from employees at all levels.
Analyze survey results and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
Exit Interviews:
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify trends.
Compile and report on exit interview data, suggesting improvements to enhance employee retention.
Office Administration:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, and liaise with external vendors as needed.
Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organizing Team Building Activities:
Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
Work closely with management to align activities with company values and goals.
General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, handling HR-related inquiries, and assisting with HR projects ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and French/Arabic is highly preferred.
Salary 7000-9000 MAD net/ monthly. Offer is based on the candidate's experience, skills and education background.
Position is an office based in Rabat, Morocco.
Estimated salary for an HR in Morocco is 8000 MAD net
