What You'll Be Doing :
The marketing assistant supports in different departments with campaign tasks (communication and product)
Field Communication :
- Preparation and communication of offers and new releases for each campaign ;
- Preparation and coordination of the campaign launch presentation ;
- End-to-end management of the launch video ;
- Ensuring the publication of IMB brochure/HT.
- Check of leader list ;
- Brochure correction (text, pictures, …) ;
- Ensure the extra actions build-up (from the promotion set-up to the design) ;
- Benchmark competitors ;
- Marketing workshops ;
- Item data ;
- Checking updates for all brochure data (price changing, product, …).
- 1 year of experience in a similar position ;
- Bac+3 in General Business Management.
- Good French and English oral and written ;
- Ability to coordinate with various departments ;
- Good communication skills ;
- High level of PC skills (Excel, Power Point, Word) ;
Contract length: 3 months
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
