We're on the lookout for a freshly graduate Bac+2/Bac+3 in accounting, finance, or management to join us , as a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant (AP Accountant).
Availability : ASAP
A good level in English is required
We take in charge: Transportation and Canteen
Key Responsabilities :
- Work cohesively with the wider finance team to ensure accurate adherence to accounts payable processes-
Communicate effectively with different departments, managers and vendors- Keep our accounts payable records well organized
- Perform, review and manage the entire accounts payable process
- Record debit and credit memos
- Conduct 3-way matching of invoices
- Maintain filing of accounts payable records
- Check the run process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in accounting, finance, or management.
- Strong communication skills
- Good with numbers and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
