Outbound Dutch Language Support Representative (Tangier, Morocco) Are you a passionate communicator with fluent Dutch language skills and a desire to build connections? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy exceeding expectations? Then this exciting opportunity is for you! We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team in Tangier, Morocco! Your Responsibilities: • Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email to present our products and services in Dutch. • Clearly and concisely communicate the benefits of our offerings and address customer inquiries in Dutch. • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers. • Schedule appointments for our sales team to further discuss customer needs and finalize sales. • Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system. • Contribute to the achievement of team and company sales targets.
Profil Recherché

1 to 2 years of experience in outbound customer service or a similar role.
Fluency in Dutch is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with individuals.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings in Dutch.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to achieve goals independently.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
