This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Purchasing Supervisor:
We currently have an opportunity for a Purchasing Supervisor to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into our Director of Finance you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of the Purchasing, Receiving and Storeroom Department to ensure that all departments of the hotel have adequate supplies. Additionally, you will be support with keeping abreast new and alternative products in the market to enhance cost effectiveness and quality standards, and to ensure that we maintain the highest level of integrity and transparency in dealing with business partners.
Responsibilities will include, ensuring all local and corporate policies, internal controls and safeguards are complied with, ensure proper authorization has been obtained for all hotel-specific purchasing contracts and conduct, support to ensure management agreements and all other purchasing agreement terms and conditions are fulfilled, quarterly reviews, support with annual forecasts and budgets, conducting quality control audits, monitoring costs, coordinating all month-end, quarterly and annual inventories and supporting the hotel’s Safety Committee and Green initiatives.
Our Ideal Income Purchasing Supervisor will have:
Experience in hotel purchasing , sound cost analysis and cost supervisory skills, a clear understanding of internal controls, a commitment to services and basic technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles along with job knowledge of positions in Purchasing and Food & Beverage control.
You should have integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building, the ability to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-resolution and strategic-thinking skills, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must
for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
