Supply Chain Analyst
at one of our locations in Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:

• Define and implement internal and external logistic processes.
• Ensure the sizing of operational teams as well as associated resources (space, equipment, etc.).
• Study, propose, and implement improvement axes for performance and working conditions.
• Define and draft work procedures and standards as well as team training.
• Define logistic concepts for new projects (Packaging, logistic protocols, EDI, ASN, etc.)
• Participate in the elaboration of the logistic budget (capex & opex) & monitoring of logistics expenses.
• Manage the preparation of general inventory, cycle counting, and internal & external audits.
• Lead projects to improve performance in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) and the digitalization of logistic processes.
• Lead projects for evolution and optimization in the computer system (QAD), for example, E-Kanban, transfer movement warehouse, automatic shipper…
• Define the specifications of new equipment (rack, forklift, logistic tools, external warehouse etc.) and handle the purchase in coordination with the procurement team

• Bac + 5 Engineering Management / Logistics SCM
• 3-5 years in a similar position
• Knowledge & control of all Supply Chain links
• Knowledge of logistics system concepts, tools and methods
• Knowledge of the concepts, tools & methods of logistics system (SAP, EDI, MRP calculation, ...)
• Computer skills (Excel, Power point, Word…)
• Knowledge of root cause detection tools & methods & problem solving (PDCA,5WHY, 5M, 8D, QRQC, AC, brainstorming…)
• Organizational skills
• Analytical spirit
• Spirit of synthesis
