About the Role
Assurer la qualité des produits d'achats et de sous-traitance des matériaux de production depuis la phase de projet ou de transfert jusqu'à et pendant la fabrication des pièces en conditions définitives.
Your Responsibilities
- Gestion du contrôle à la réception SQA selon les gammes de contrôle en vigueur,
- Analyse des pièces défectueuses détectée au moment de la réception, stockage, assemblage, etc…
- Analyse avec les équipes les problèmes d’injection/assemblage,
- Suivi et gestion des pièces défectueuses / suspect dans la zone de blocage et de la cage rouge, ...
- Blocage systématique des composants suspect / non-conforme dans le jail SQA et sur SAP,
- Lancement des alertes et réclamations officielles sur le QPF aux fournisseurs,
- Lancer et suivre la sélection des composants lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Contrôle qualité des composants achetés selon le plan du fournisseur en cas d’incident, changement d’ingénierie, changement fournisseur, nouveau projet, nouveau fournisseur, …
- Mise à jour du tableau de bord SQA,
- Mise à jour de la documentation SQA,
- Veille au respect du standard MAFACT,
- Gestion de la zone de blocage SQA « RED JAIL »
Who we are looking for
- Formation réglementée : Bac+3 Technique
- Expérience professionnelle : 2 ans à 3 ans d’expériences dans le secteur automobile et 1 an en qualité Fournisseur.
