Are you ready to challenge yourself in sa new environment and have a real impact? Mölnlycke is now looking for an Account Manager to join our Wound Care Sales Post Acute Care team in the Netherlands.
About the Job:
As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the healthcare industry, focusing on targeted accounts in the regions Zeeland, Noord Brabant and a part of Zuid Holland. You’ll be responsible for identifying and executing sales opportunities, developing, and implementing account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You’ll also be reporting and maintaining customer data, sales opportunities, and activities in CRM, all while contributing to our business intelligence by providing insights on competitive and market conditions. With a focus on successful execution of pilots and new product introductions, your role will be crucial in driving sustainable growth.
You’ll help guide and shape the local strategy for growth, and the launch of new campaigns and products. You’ll collaborate and report to the Sales Manager to ensure that our sales tactics align with market insights and competitive intelligence. You’ll also play a vital role in identifying and building relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive business success.

- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- University degree, preferably in business or nursing
- Strong business acumen and selling skills
- Product and clinical knowledge
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- English proficiency
- A valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated regions
Your Work-Life:
- Field-based with frequent travel within Zeeland, Noord Brabant, Zuid Holland
