Your role
As a Senior Associate Consultant, you are supporting the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. We are looking for a Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join our product team which consist of a Product Owner, a Business Analyst/Scrum Master and 3 Developers. The team is dedicated to the design, build and maintenance of web applications that are used internally by different departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage user requests, user feedback and incoming tickets, prioritize and incorporate them in future sprints in agreement with the Product Owner and Lead Developer
• Data analysis and preparation for the Product Owner and users
• Responsible for data integrity on Live system
• Monitor integration with other systems and take the lead in raising issues, coordinating with the teams and making sure they are resolved in a timely manner
• Support the Product Owner and Lead Developer in building documentation
• Support with managing access requests
• Run the daily stand-up and ensure that any issues raised are reviewed and addressed with the right audience
• Support the development team with information about business procedures and operations
• Hold talks with the Product Owner and review development priorities
• Monitor the on-going Sprint and engage the development team to ensure it is aligned with planning and requirements
• Ensure that the development team tests against the Definition of Done. But also test the functionalities as part of the Quality Assurance team to ensures development deliverables meet the requirements
• As the process owner, ensure the process is followed and hold talk with the team to improve it

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word & Visio)
• Experience working with IT teams is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL language is a plus

• Fast learner and a pro-active approach in all working duties
• Excellent communication skills – written / verbal
