Your Role

As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving AI strategies for Infosys customers. This involves building Enterprise AI building blocks, solutioning for business AI use cases and also driving efficiencies through AI for Infosys aligning with the customer Enterprise Architecture principles. You will be working very closely with senior executives from customer side to drive the thought leadership on AI with the latest developments on Generative AI, Deep learning and Traditional AI .

Required

• Experience in software development life cycle.
• Experience specifically in architecting, designing and developing AI/ML led solutions
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to analyse complex data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders¹.
• Proven leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a team of architects and developers. Ability to provide technical direction, solve challenges, and inspire innovation within the team.
• Ability to deliver AI applications with Responsible AI considerations and its alignment to AI application lifecycle.
• Build and analyse complex design patterns for AI application with focus on Gen AI, Agentic AI and traditional AI
• Understanding of cloud native ecosystem such as docker, Kubernetes and service mesh
• Experience around building microservices architectures and design considerations such as observability, API gateway, monitoring, Dev Ops, event driven patterns, and fault tolerances.
• Experience and knowledge of coding and design skills with strong understanding of design patterns/ frameworks/ data models
• Consultation and Strategy: Experience Working with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities where generative AI can add value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver AI solutions.
• Evaluates and improves existing AI systems for improving the accuracy levels.
• Build enterprise gen AI architecture blueprint for customers with primary focus on scalability, security, future proofing and extensibility
• Building and deploying LLMOps/MLOps platforms
• Experience in data Ops in building ETL, feature building and inference pipelines with experience around data sources such as data lakes, delta lakes and feature stores
• Manage and preprocess data to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.
• Bridges the gap between technical AI capabilities and business objectives
• Experience in designing Cloud-Native and poly cloud solutions with proficiency with the key hyper scalers – Azure, AWS, GCP and their respective AI/ML workbench. In-depth experience around one cloud ecosystem into terms security, private endpoints, network security, SSO and IAM, role-based access control, Fin Ops, etc.h
• Experience in product-based solutions and commodity AI hardware such as Nvidia, Intel, etc
• Experience working with both closed source and open-source models
• Experience solutioning and implementing common use cases patterns in Gen AI
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of AI models and tools.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, Non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Provide guidelines for software validation including accuracy, performance benchmarking and building enterprise specific leaderboards
• Ability to identify areas of Automation and implement using tools and reusable components
• Ability to take risks in design, pushing past the obvious, and bringing user centric approach to design solutions
• Willingness to learn new technologies/products on the job
• Experience working in and have good understanding of Development process like Agile, waterfall
• Experience of working in an Onshore-Offshore model

Preferred

• Experience in Telcom Domain: OSS/BSS
• External Certifications in AI and Gen AI
• MS in Data Science from esteemed universities
