Are you someone who wants to quantify sustainability impact? With your skills, you can assist companies in assessing their environmental or social impact and guide them toward sustainability. At ERM, we're seeking a Consultant to join our Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change (CS&CC) Team in the Netherlands.

As our new colleague, you'll engage in challenging projects focused on measuring the quantitative impact of business activities, including GHG accounting, decarbonization, and Life Cycle Analyses. You'll collaborate within project teams to identify opportunities to enhance our services and maximize our impact for both our team and clients.

Role Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to projects focused on impact measurement, such as GHG accounting and decarbonization.
Work within project teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.
Utilize your expertise to support the development of new services and engage with potential clients.

Who Are You?

You're passionate about corporate sustainability and enjoy working with people and data models. You're proactive, adept at engaging others, and committed to enhancing team capabilities and services. Key qualifications may include:

Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or related field.
Strong advisory skills, including analytical thinking and effective communication.
Relevant experience in consulting and/or corporate sustainability.
Fluency in Dutch and English (oral & written).
Knowledge of sustainability concepts, including carbon management, corporate due diligence, and sustainability reporting standards.
