At a glance

As a Consultant Data (CDS), you are responsible for both strategic advice and hands-on project execution within Customer Data Solutions (CDS). You translate developments in your field into concrete actions and assist in the establishment and ongoing development of CDS.

Your job

• You support Customer Data Solutions with your expertise in strategic and business management issues.
• Hands-on Consultancy and Project Management: Actively lead and execute projects from planning to implementation to achieve objectives.
• Strategic Advice: Provide advice on business operations and policy development, with a focus on practical application and execution. You oversee the integration with other domains during decision-making, providing comprehensive advice, and drafting design and implementation proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance, improvement, and further development of customer & party data products.
• Implement the CDS strategy into concrete projects and objectives.
• Perform impact analyses on requests for non-standard data products, always considering how data issues can be resolved from a holistic customer perspective.
• Actively coordinate and execute projects and manage stakeholders.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for FDGM governance.
• Maintain continuous alignment with key stakeholders.

Working environment

Customer Data Solutions is the product unit responsible for end-to-end generic customer processes and all customer and relationship data (Customer and Party data). CDS is ABN AMRO's "one-stop-shop" for reliable and high-quality Customer and Party data, available to all authorized internal stakeholders and external parties via data products.

CDS comprises four departments: CDS Data Office, Customer Generic Processes, CDS Grid, and Steering & Expertise. The Steering & Expertise team provides support in regulatory expertise and portfolio management.

Your profile

• Relevant master's degree.
• At least 8 years of work experience.
• Excellent advisory and communication skills (consultancy experience is a plus).
• Experience with change and project management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework / SAFe).
• Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
• Demonstrated track record in Change Portfolio & Resource Management.
• Knowledge of Data Management disciplines and risk and data-related regulations for banks.

We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed at the top of the page is based on a 36-hour workweek, including holiday pay and benefit budget.
• The benefit budget amounts to 11% of your salary. If you do not make any purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop for a month, you will receive one-twelfth of your benefit budget for that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to buy four additional weeks annually.
• Personal Development Budget of €1,000 per year, which can be saved up to €3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your role).
• An annual public transport subscription with free travel throughout the Netherlands.
• An excellent pension scheme.
