As a Content Marketing Specialist at Deepdesk, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to create compelling, people-centered content for campaigns, advertisements, webinars, and customer success stories. You’ll also contribute to the content strategy by brainstorming new blog ideas and ensuring our messaging reflects our mission of putting humans at the heart of technology. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a solid foundation in marketing operations and a passion for translating technical concepts into engaging, relatable content that resonates with our audience.
What you can expect:
Content Creation & Management:

• Develop, write, and edit content for a variety of marketing materials, including campaigns, email marketing, social media posts, and product promotions.
• Craft customer success stories that showcase how Deepdesk’s solutions help real people in meaningful ways.
• Produce content for webinars, including promotional materials, scripts, and presentations, that highlight our people-first approach.
• Collaborate on ad copy and visuals that bring our “think human” message to life.

Content Ideation & Strategy:

• Generate blog post ideas that align with our mission and speak to our audience’s challenges and needs.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone, style, and alignment with Deepdesk’s brand values.
• Stay updated on industry trends to produce fresh, relevant content ideas that position us as the AI agent assist arena expert.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with the Marketing Manager to align content with our people-centered campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

What we expect:
Experience:

• 2+ years in content marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with marketing operations and understanding of content’s role in guiding customers through the marketing funnel.
• Experience in the technology sector or a demonstrated interest in AI/Gen AI.

Skills:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a flair for storytelling and human-centered communication.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into simple, engaging language that resonates with a diverse audience.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) like Hub Spot, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
• (Optional) Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• (Optional) Experience working with external agencies or freelancers.

• We have a small office in central Netherlands (Amersfoort). We are happy with in-office, hybrid, or remote;
• The role is full-time, but we are flexible in how you spread your working hours;
