As a Trade Logistics Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for a selected group of customers within the Netherlands Market and International Travel Retail Market regarding logistics processes and the improvement of these processes. You are an important link between our customers, external logistics service providers, and various departments internally (such as Sales & Inbound Logistics). As a trade logistics coordinator your most important assignments are to handle the entire order-to-invoicing process the first time right as well as leading optimization projects to optimize service to our customers.

For the position, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• A completed HBO or University master degree (WO) and preferably have experience in a supply chain environment.
• You have experience with maintaining and optimizing internal and external customer relationships.
• You have experience in developing and implementing improvements in a supply chain environment, preferably together with customers.
• You are action oriented and have a strong drive for results.
• You have analytical skills, and you are excellent at working with automated systems (such as SAP and Power Bi).
• You are comfortable with working in a multicultural environment.
• You speak Dutch and/or English fluently.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Building and maintaining customer relationships in the field of logistics processes.
• Drive logistic performance meetings with customers on logistic topics.
• Handling the entire order-to-invoicing process first time right.
• Coordinate and solving customer complaints.
• Initiate improvement projects to optimize supply chain processes and work on continuous improvement.
