For our International Team we are currently looking for a Sales and Customer Support Specialist with Dutch that will expand our network and work with Vasco clients in The Netherlands and Belgium.
Responsibilities:

• Actively acquiring new clients in the Dutch and Belgian markets.
• Conducting product presentations and demonstrating their benefits.
• Identifying sales growth opportunities in the B2B segment and implementing market entry strategies.
• Providing professional advice and support to individual customers during the purchasing process.
• Building lasting relationships with business clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Offering product information and solving problems related to their use.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to plan promotional and sales activities.
• Regularly reporting on sales results and progress on B2B projects.
• Monitoring the market and competition, identifying trends, and proposing actions to increase sales.

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) – essential.
• Very good command of English.
• Knowledge of Flemish would be an asset.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in selling technological products or consumer electronics preferred).
• Knowledge of the Dutch market and experience working with clients in the Netherlands.
• Experience in customer service for individual clients and B2B will be a strong asset.
• Negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships.
• High personal culture and communication skills at various organizational levels.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Independence, proactivity, and decision-making ability.
