Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Digital Lead LCMS & SAP in the Digital Landscape Department to join us in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.

Summary:
This role is crucial in driving the company’s digital transformation, with a particular focus on optimizing the use of Lotus Customer Management System (LCMS) and SAP for effective operations. As a Digital Lead LCMS and SAP, you will oversee the integration, development, and enhancement of these digital systems to streamline business processes, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall digital experience for internal teams and our dealer network.

What you'll do:

• 
  Identify business initiatives that adhere to strategy & LCE/team objectives
• In case of client facing propositions, lead the various phases of product development from idea generation, design up to implementation and launch
• Define timelines for the overall roadmap and oversee the project delivery process in conjunction with our partners/supplying partners (development capacity is outsourced)
• Define business requirements and technical requirements
• Support external development team throughout product development and set up pilots and tests with operations/local markets
• Quantify impact of initiatives, based on customer research, experience and data insights
• Monitor and measure success, report back to management and drive continuous improvement
• Partner up with the rest of the Digital Marketing team to support the new proposition
• Execute the roll-out plans towards our markets

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor Degree and preferably Project Management Certification
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in (digital) product role or within a digital agency/consulting firm as project manager
• Be innovative and have a great sense on what needs to be done to stay relevant in the digital space within the coming years
• Have the ability to communicate with people across all different levels, nationalities, and cultures within and outside the organization
• Self-starter professional, able to work independently
• Persistent, creative, ambitious and result driven professional
• Excellent communication skills with a full proficiency in English. Any other additional European language is highly desirable.
• Preferably working experience within Ecommerce in a complex environment, ideally in a start-up/scale up context and preferably automotive knowledge
• Digital, growth hacking or coding background would be much appreciated
