Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Senior Manager Dealer Marketing and Brand Activation in the Marketing Department to join us in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.

Summary:

This role will be responsible for shaping and executing both the Lotus Cars Europe dealer marketing strategies and the regional brand activation plans. This role focuses on ensuring that all dealer and brand-related marketing activities are strategically aligned with LCE’s objectives, delivering impactful events, and optimizing brand presence across all touchpoints, both at dealer and brand levels. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing the dynamic relationship between the dealership network and the brand while fostering long-term customer engagement and loyalty.


What you'll do:


Dealer Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement dealer marketing strategies aligned with LCE's business goals.
• Support dealerships with marketing tools and resources to ensure brand consistency.
• Track dealer marketing performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Manage dealer marketing budgets to maximize impact.

Brand Activation:

• Create and execute brand activation events, ensuring alignment with LCE objectives.
• Oversee LCE and dealer-led events, ensuring quality and customer experience excellence.
• Ensure consistent brand representation in all dealer marketing activities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead internal and external teams to execute high-quality projects.
• Manage agency and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.

Budget and Project Management:

• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct onsite inspections and ensure adherence to Lotus standards.

Customer Engagement & Brand Positioning:

• Ensure all dealer and event marketing maintains brand integrity and enhances customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

• At least 10 years of experience in similar role, ideally in premium automotive brand
• Experience in both dealer and retail marketing, with a deep understanding of automotive industry dynamics.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale events and brand activations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
• Budget management experience and financial acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external partners
• Excellent communication skills with a full proficiency in English. Any other additional European language is highly desirable.

• This role will be working from our Amsterdam office within our flexible working policy
• Frequent travel will be required. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions
