About the Global Markets team:
The Global Markets team is focussed on servicing our clients delivering solutions across FI and FX products (spots, swaps, FX options), Rates (Swaps and options) , commodities and deposit products.
The primary purpose is to achieve client value as well as building sustainable growth in client base and revenues within CBA Europe N.V.

Your responsibilities as a Director Fixed Income Sales:

Proactively engage your Dutch and/or European client network to discuss investment opportunities and deliver an impeccable service and optimal execution to customers;
Being fully up to date with all latest macro-economic developments by doing own research and working closely with the research teams within CBA;
Promote cross sell across geographies and products;
Ensure that all rules /regulations are applied at all times conscientiously;
Acting as an interface between the ban, the trading team and the customers to whom you provide the latest relevant updates at all time;
Maintain a continuous improvement approach for products, people, process and systems;
Maintain knowledge of Bank and GM products enhancements, changes, and competitive information.

We are interested in hearing from you if you possess:

At least a Bachelor diploma and 7 + years of experience with an international bank or securities firm;
Proven track record in fixed income sales origination and coverage;
Deep client relationships covering European markets experience with AUD & NZD markets is preferred;
Pro-active, can-do mentality and good communication skills;
Fluent in English;
Proven commitment to comply with regulations, policies and processes;
Team player and challenged by working in a start- up entity.
