Job Description
You will be working in a team of 7 EU based M365 engineers, who currently are located in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. The M365 team provides M365 related services to the 26 group companies within Europe. Your role will be maintaining the EU part of the tenant, work on M365 related tickets, work on local/region projects and participate in initiatives from Global HQ in Japan.
As Infrastructure M365 Engineer you will join an international team and you will:

Participate in SCCM administration.
Participate in various projects, locally and regionally
Applying patches and security updates on pc’s and servers via Intune and SCCM.
Solving M365 related tickets.
Maintaining the regional Azure AD.
Monitoring the stability and security of the M365 services.
Develop scripts (Power Shell) to automate or perform operations.
Liaise with end users and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Technical proficiency in SCCM and M365 related technologies and operations
Knowlegde of Iaa S, Paa S and Saa S. (PRE)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Policies (GPO/Intune) and Azure AD (AAD)
Experience with Power Shell scripting
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and propose practical solutions
3 years of provable experience in M365
Experience in working at a larger dynamic global company
Strong verbal and written communication skills, both verbally and in written
The ability to inform management and users in an understandable way
Flexible and can adjust quickly
Proactive mentality, can work in a team but also independently
