Your main responsibilities
You are an enthusiastic IT Infrastructure expert with experience in an international environment.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with various stakeholders on IT infrastructure projects and for global IT improvement projects.

• Advising, developing, executing and overseeing procedures, policies and related tasks for project management and infrastructure management.
• Providing high-level technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives, while working with the business to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions to improve the effectiveness of our service delivery.
• Risk management in line with our ISO certification and SOC 2 controls.

In this role, you will work closely with our central IT organization, for example in the field of IT business solutions, IT architecture and cybersecurity. Having extended knowledge as a network engineer (routing/switching/firewall) is preferred.

Who are you?

• A positive 'can do' attitude, a team builder and team player with at least 5 years of relevant Infrastructure experience
• Excellent command of both the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work independently on complex projects (monitoring, executing and informing various stakeholders about upcoming issues and overall progress)
• Flexible and energetic; You feel at home within a changing and dynamic organization and have the flexibility to adapt your planning and approach to each situation
• Multi-tasker and hands-on; Willing to take on whatever is needed in an international organization
• Strong organizational skills; You keep an overview, handle matters and report accurately on results and findings

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Servers and products
• Networks, Switches/Routers, VPN, and ZTNA
• Next generation Firewalls
• Active Directory and Azure Entra ID en IAAS
• DELL Hardware Technologies
• VMware and v Sphere ESXi, VSAN
• Powershell / scripting
• Microsoft Hyper-V, storage space direct platform, Virtual machine manager
• 2nd/3rd line incidents troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with ITIL tools and also familiar with working according to the Agile/Scrum methodologies
