For our location in Bremen, we are looking for 01.10.2024 a Student (Human*) Health Management (B.A.)
(in cooperation with the IU Bremen)
Who are you
- You can get started at IU if you have a high school diploma or a qualified vocational qualification or are a state-certified technician or business economist
- In addition to your interest in healthcare, you also enjoy working with software
- You are interested in the different processes and the opportunities to shape them
- You are characterized by your communicative nature, your structured way of working and your own drive to understand and learn topics
- You should be fluent in written and spoken English and German and be proficient in common Microsoft Office solutions
What we offer
- Accompanied by a mentor, you will get to know our duty roster software and accompany the introduction of this to our customers - in addition to the technical aspects, this also includes a lot of process understanding for healthcare facilities and their challenges
- You will take part in customer workshops on collective agreements and training courses and set up the desired configuration
- You will liaise with the various groups on the customer side, each of whose areas of responsibility has its own requirements
- You will learn how to structure these requirements together in a team, develop a proposal for implementation and discuss this with the customer
