Our Health team focuses on delivering and implementing personnel and capacity planning software solutions in Dutch healthcare organizations. Some examples of our customers are Erasmus MC, Zuyderland MC, OLVG, Amarant, GGZ Vincent van Gogh and SVRZ.

As Project Manager, you are the point of contact for our customers and the link between the client and the rest of the team with ORTEC specialists (consultants and solution architects) to make the projects a success. You are the sparring partner for the customer, manage expectations and always keep an eye on the budgets and planning.

Who are you

As a Project Manager, you have at least 4 years of experience in managing software implementation projects. Ideally, you have also gained experience in healthcare or with personnel planning solutions.

Furthermore, you are/have:

A bachelor's or master's degree;
An ambitious professional with experience working on innovative projects that solve real-world problems;
Communicative and socially skilled and you get excited about customer contact and interaction;
Comfortable speaking with both end users and management;
Excellent at building long-term professional relationships;
Able to translate complex concepts into actions;
Able to set up, manage and escalate projects when necessary;
Able to successfully complete projects within the set time and budget, while keeping both the customer and the implementation team satisfied;
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
