We are seeking a dedicated and professional F&B Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the Food & Beverage administrative tasks and assists the leadership team with various duties related to F&B operations. What are my responsibilities?
As an F&B Coordinator, you'll be the key contact for clients, guests, hosts, and suppliers, swiftly addressing their needs via phone and email. You'll manage and update records, files, and reservations using our database systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your role will include preparing purchase orders, checkbooks, and handling departmental purchases while monitoring financial reports from Micros. Prioritizing guest satisfaction, you'll promptly respond to travel agent and guest comments, maintaining our high service standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless service and support.

• speak Dutch and/or English fluently
