Due to your work experience, we understand that we do not need to explain you what your daily tasks will be, but just in case we will explain it shortly.
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for making mise en place for all our dishes. All our dishes are freshly made, so you work thoroughly to make sure all mise en place is finished before service. During the lunch and dinner service, you prepare the dishes from our a la carte menu. Besides that, you are also capable of producing group dinners and buffets for our Banquet & Events department. Lastly, you use your creativity to create new recipes for our seasonal menu.

Besides an enthusiastic personality you are / you have;
- Experience as cook in a restaurant and/or hotel
- A real team player with a ‘Hands on' mentality
- Communicative skills in English
- Product knowledge and you are creative
- Flexible to work, also in evenings and weekends
- In the possession of a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands
