As a Payroll/HR Administrator at Magnus Energy you will join our HR team and you will oversee the payroll administration, ensuring accurate salary payments and pension contributions. You will manage employee contracting, handle complex visa and 30% ruling applications, and maintain our relationship with international payroll service providers.
Beyond payroll, you will be responsible for managing and updating our HR policies, maintaining detailed employee records and serving as the primary contact for occupational health services. Additionally, you will support in the onboarding processes and contribute to various HR and People Development related projects and initiatives, helping shape a positive and efficient work environment.
Who we are looking for
- Medior HR & Payroll professional with appr. 3-5 yrs of working experience
- Knowledge about payroll legislation & compliance, minimum PDL certified (Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie)
- Independent worker and self-starter
- Accurate, reliable, flexible and hands-on attitude
- Pro-active communicator
- Professional fluency in English & Dutch.
- Working as an HR & Payroll Administrator in an international working environment: opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
