Human Resources Administrator

Your role in the local HR Benelux team
As the first point of contact for employees, you’ll handle various HR and people-related operational matters. You’ll provide information on local policies, regulations, company schemes, working conditions, and general arrangements for both employees and managers. Ensuring the HR administration, HR Information System (HRIS), and HR tools are accurate and up-to-date will be part of your responsibilities. You’ll also offer administrative back-office support and collaborate closely with HR team colleagues.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage and prepare relevant documents (e.g., employment contracts, contract changes, confirmation letters, forms of authority) for future, current, and former employees promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the correct registration of all required employee and position-related data in our Human Resources Information System (Oracle) and other internal and external systems and complete this data.
- Collaborate with HR team colleagues and other internal and external stakeholders such as Facility, Payroll, IT, local authorities, Health Insurance, and Pension providers.
- Support recruitment activities and onboarding/offboarding events.
- Organize recurring and special events such as years of service celebrations and in-house meetings.
- Assist with special projects (e.g., Cross Border, Pension, CO2, system updates).
- Ensure all documents from personal employment files are filed, organized, and updated. Manage the HR documents archive and secure legal filing deadlines. Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR administration processes.
Who we are looking for
- You have 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
- You excel in organization and administration.
- You have a customer-focused attitude with strong listening, communication, and planning skills.
- You are proactive and positive in dealing with changes and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
- You can organize and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- You handle confidential data with integrity.
- You are proficient with Excel and MS Office programs. You are fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is a distinct advantage.
