Job Summary
We are excited to welcome a passionate and motivated HR Coordinator to our vibrant and enthusiastic team! You will work closely with your HR colleagues throughout The Netherlands and play a key role in our thriving production plant in Tilburg.
Your role
As a HR Coordinator, you will drive HR programs and processes, ensuring they align with our HR policies. You will manage data with precision and provide valuable insights to leaders and the HR Business Partners.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative HR support to the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee journey, offboarding) and maintain data accuracy
  • Keep personal files updated and prepare essential employee lifecycle documents
  • Provide HR information and assistance (proactively) to leaders and employees (first line questions)
  • Guide and advise leaders on HR processes
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Service Centre and Payroll to ensure accurate employee records and payout
  • Generate insightful employee reports for various stakeholders
  • Support HR projects with effective implementation of business initiatives
  • Share best practices and foster continuous improvement with HR colleagues
  • Facilitate the annual performance management process and assist in employee onboarding days
