We are growing rapidly and looking for a new Junior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, to join our team and to specialize in our rental software, “Equipment as a Service”.

What You'll Do:
As a consultant, your role involves implementing our unique solution for the Rental industry alongside Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&SCM. This often includes working with other Microsoft modules or STAEDEAN's solutions. Our clients can be either an end-customers in the Rental industry (which rent out anything from heavy equipment like large cranes to specialized handheld measuring equipment), or Microsoft partners which handle large, complex projects, for which our products are a key component of their success. Your role is a blend of on-site work with customers, providing support to our partners, and collaborating with our product teams to enhance our offering.
You will:

• Have a lot of fun and meet some great people.
• Showcase software solutions with thorough preparation, execution, and post-event follow-up for our diverse customer and partner base.
• Deliver training sessions to empower key users.
• Contribute to requirements analysis and fit/gap assessments for the solutions in question.
• Collaborate closely with our Build team, sharing valuable customer insights.
• Uphold the quality of our process documentation and solution functional designs, based on our meticulously crafted methodology rooted in Microsoft's Success by Design framework.
• Maintain regular communication with fellow Consultants, ensuring alignment on functional challenges within ongoing projects.

What You Need to Be Successful (Required Qualifications)

• A completed education at HBO or WO level. Preferably in the direction of business administration, business economics, supply chain management, finance, commercial economics, or a similar education.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written in Dutch and English).
• Proactive “problem solver,” focused on quality results.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and precisely.
• A drive for continuous self-improvement and team development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20-30% of the time.
• Based in the Netherlands, hybrid role a few days per week working from Amsterdam office.
