URW Northen Europe is an international team of about 140 employees based in the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark. We run a total of 7 assets of which Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, Stadshart Amstelveen and Stadshart Zoetermeer in the Netherlands.

For our shopping center in Stadshart Zoetermeer you will be in charge of the leasing process from searching tenants up to and including lease contract signature, aiming at finding, attracting and developing the best retailers for the shopping center, in order to generate constantly increasing revenue growth and a unique customer experience.

The Leasing Team is a highly energetic team of 6 colleagues working in our Dutch assets. The team is diverse in levels of experience and enjoys exchanging networks and best practices to develop the best mix for our assets.
The Leasing team works in partnership with the Investment Management team aiming to achieve the optimal financial results for the asset.

In this role, your main missions are:

• To constantly keep yourself up to date on concepts and trends within retail as well as the customers' buying behaviors.

• To negotiate with both existing and new tenants - from lead identification, financial and legal lease contract negotiation to contract signature.
• To create, nurture and develop good relationships with companies/people who are or may become important to URW's operations.
• To analyze key leasing contract data and tenant sales performance.

Where will you work
Our teams work in our head offices or in our asset offices. The role is a full-time position and the team is generally present in office. For this role we expect that you will work from Stadshart Zoetermeer at least once a week. The other days you will mainly work in Stadshart Amstelveen (HQ).

What we are looking for

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration;
• You have experience in the retail, real estate or the restaurant industry;
• You have about 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales and negotiation;
• You have Relationship building skills and a teamplayer - You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• You have financial and analytical skills;
• You are a driven and responsible person taking ownership;
• Both in Dutch & English, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills;

You are bold and curious by nature, and able to develop and implement innovative actions plans.
You are confident in dealing with key internal and external stakeholders.
