To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Knowledge of Clio is a plus. You will also need to be able to multitask effectively and essentially thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Understanding of medical terminology, common injuries, and basic human anatomy.
• Interview clients about accidents and injuries specific to each case.
• Schedule medical examination appointments and follow up with clients.
• Gather and review medical reports and insurance information.
• Scheduling, IMEs, court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys.
• Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
