Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Understanding of medical terminology, common injuries, and basic human anatomy.
- Interview clients about accidents and injuries specific to each case.
- Schedule medical examination appointments and follow up with clients.
- Gather and review medical reports and insurance information.
- Scheduling, IMEs, court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
- Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys.
- Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
