What We Are Looking For:
Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Training
- Technical studies or hands-on experience related to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, water pumps, or HVAC repair and general maintenance.
- A strong desire to learn and enhance technical skills.
- Ability to interpret specifications and installation instructions.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Passion for boating and prior experience are welcomed.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work on-site in Vinkeveen, Utrecht, Netherlands.
- Fluency in English
- Full eligibility to work in Netherlands.
Advantages:
- Previous experience in boat maintenance is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of marine diesels and proficient systems is a plus.
- Additional languages like Dutch, German, French is highly desirable.
- Fluency any of the following languages would be a bonus: Czech, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, Greek, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Slovenian, Serbo-Croatian, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian.

Working hours: 38 hours per week
- Summer season: Apr – Oct; Operating Days Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat (off days, Sun – then a Tue or Thur)
- Duty Call out Technician is by Rota, could be required to cover the Utrecht region.
- Winter season: Nov – Mar; operating Mon – Fri
