World Forum is currently seeking a full-time Breakfast Cook to join our dynamic team.

The restaurant provides a breakfast buffet for guests staying at the adjacent Novotel Den Haag World Forum, featuring 216 hotel rooms.
Job Profile as Breakfast Cook
As a Breakfast Cook, you will be an integral part of the F&B team, responsible for information, purchasing, sales, planning, and execution of all F&B activities at World Forum. Your role involves efficient prepping, ensuring the presentation of a tasty breakfast buffet, and overseeing costs. This includes placing orders with various suppliers, adhering to cleaning standards, and demonstrating knowledge and respect for HACCP Standards.

· Positive, service-oriented, and highly responsible attitude.
· Physically capable and a team player.
· Full-time availability with flexibility, including early morning shifts from 05:30 to 14:00.
· Proficient in Dutch (not excluding) and English.
· Familiarity with HACCP rules.
· Previous kitchen experience with efficient prepping.
· Expertise in buffet management, including costs and presentation.
· Order placement with diverse suppliers.
· Detail-oriented with daily menus and dietary needs.
· Ensure kitchen cleanliness.
· Manage incoming goods and adhere to HACCP guidelines.
