Production Floor Electrical Specialist

- Conduct root cause analyses and resolve electrical issues in the production environment.
- Implement design improvements and maintain electrical schematics, cable drawings, and procedures.
- Review new and modified electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for significant cost reduction and enhance the product's suitability for series production (DFA).
- Perform sustaining activities, such as managing End of Life (Eo L) issues.
- MBO(+) or HBO diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within regulated environments.
- Familiarity with UL, CSA, CE, and Ro HS requirements.
- Proficiency in E-CAD tools (e.g., SW-electrical, Auto CAD Electrical, Eplan).
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to the North of the Netherlands (Drachten area).
- Preference for a role in Manufacturing Engineering over R&D.
