Project Manager (PMI) - Freelancer

How you will contribute:
- Lead the creation and execution of post-merger integration plans across multiple business functions (Sales, Operations, HR, Legal, IT, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including DP World’s Business Development team, Business Owner(s), PMI Program Director, and workstream leaders, to ensure alignment and seamless integration.
- Coordinate and manage integration projects, focusing on achieving milestones such as Day 1, Day 100, and the final target state of the integration.
- Oversee project governance, monitoring, reporting, and communication in line with the PMI Program requirements.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to project teams from both DP World and the acquired company.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in project and program management, particularly with Post Merger Integration (PMI)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, and SCRUM.
- Experience within the Logistics & Supply Chain Management industry.
- Fluency in English (professional level) is required; proficiency in additional European languages like French/German is a plus.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira).
Location & Travel Requirements:
- Up to 25% travel may be required depending on the location and status of projects, with occasional intensive travel during critical phases.
- Ideally based in the Netherlands or Belgium.
