We are seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Manager to lead and oversee all facility management operations across a portfolio of hotels within the Benelux region.
In this role, you will ensure the effective operation and enhancement of the facilities within the hotel, ensuring that all properties meet the high quality of services delivered, sustainability, guest satisfaction and to lower the total costs.
This role requires an individual who can lead multi-site operations, work closely with hotel management teams, and drive excellence in facility management practices. On a tactical level you will overlook the quality of the contract agreements, process development, account management and lead a team of hotel facility managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor & Contractor Management:
Manage contracts with external service providers, including contractors, suppliers, and facility management vendors.
- Facilities Operations Management:
Oversee all aspects of hotel facilities management across multiple hotel properties, ensuring optimal performance, guest satisfaction and lower costs.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Hotel Facility Manager’s across the Benelux region, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all hotels are compliant with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations. Proactively address any issues to maintain the highest safety standards for guests and staff.
- Budget Oversight:
Create, manage and control the annual budget for clients in the region, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality and performance.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Provide and analyze regular reports, including key performance metrics, guest feedback and financials.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING
· Bachelor degree or equivalent in Hospitality or Facility Management or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in a senior facility management role, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry.
· Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
· Proven experience managing facilities across multiple hotel properties or large hospitality complexes.
· Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest expectations.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites.
· Excellent budget management and financial acumen.
· Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
· Currently based in the Netherlands, without visa requirements.
