Sales Assistant to Key Account Manager (DKAM) with Dutch and English languages

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for providing great customer engagement on both the conversation and the excellent service, in all encounters that customers have with the Customer Engagement Center.
Key areas of responsibility:

Support customer and dealer inquiries in direct coordination with the (after) Sales Manager.
Creation and evaluation of sales analyses and reports.
Creation of condition sheets.
Involvement in the acquisition of new customers (B2B) by following up qualified B2B leads.
Guiding B2B prospects through the sales process.
Preparation of order documents.
Obtaining and creating offers to prospective B2B clients.
Data maintenance in CRM systems like Salesforce.
Assistance in preparing and attending at fairs.
Creation of presentations using Power Point.
Creation of competitive analyses.
Supporting B2B customers in their customer journey.
Monitoring incoming orders.
Participation in process design to ensure optimal support at all times.

Knowledge & Experience:

C2/C1 level of Dutch language with B2 English language is a requirement – the assessment of the Dutch language is conducted by an external vendor.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Good understanding of the automotive industry.
First experience in sales and dealing with customers (B2B and B2C).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Team player.
High willingness for self-initiative.
Friendly and professional appearance.
Enjoy working in an agile and international environment.

Work- and training hours:

The training will be approximately 3 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM.
Working hours will be from 09:00 – 18:00, flexibility before or after these working hours is expected depending on the situation.
