Position Overview
We are looking for a temporary Sales Associate (24 hours per week) to support our great team in the luxury Ralph Lauren store in the P.C. Hooftstraat for the December month. As a Sales Associate you will demonstrate a true passion and respect for the RL customer, product and environment through acting as a brand ambassador. Consistently meeting business objectives through delivering the RL Experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build a rapport with the customer, identify their needs to Connect, Convert and Conclude the transaction through delivering the RL Experience
- Promote teamwork through contribution to a team sales objective
- Create and foster a database of customers through the company clientelling tool
- Efficiently process till sales transactions, holds, gift card sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations
- Deliver a memorable fitting rooms experience whilst following all policies and procedures for fitting room service
- Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product presentation and overall store maintenance
- Actively participate in all merchandising activities including but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, replenishment, product transfers, folding and floor changeovers in line RL standards
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a service industry
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be action orientated and solution driven to achieve results
- A desire to build relationships and promote teamwork
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Dutch, other languages are a plus
